What to do while you wait
If it is safe, move furniture and valuables out of the way and put a bucket under the drip. If water is pooling above a ceiling, a small hole with a screwdriver can let it drain in a controlled way rather than bringing the whole ceiling down. Do not go up on the roof yourself, especially in wet or windy weather. Leave that to us.

We offer same-day callouts for emergencies during working hours rather than a round-the-clock service. Call us as early in the day as you can and we will do our best to get to you the same day, make your roof safe, and stop the water getting in.
What counts as a roofing emergency?
Water coming through a ceiling, a tile or ridge hanging loose over a path or doorway, a sheet of felt torn open, or a chimney pot or flashing moved by the wind. If something could fall or water is getting in, call. A single missing slate with no leak can usually wait for a booked repair.
How much does an emergency callout cost?
We do not charge a callout fee. Once we have seen the problem you get a fixed written price for the work, and you pay nothing until it is done. Making the roof safe and stopping the leak always comes first.
Can you help with an insurance claim after storm damage?
Yes. Insurance and claims work is welcome. We can make the roof safe, advise on what the damage involves, and provide a written quote for your insurer to support your claim.
What should I do while I wait for you?
If it is safe, move valuables clear and catch drips in a bucket. If water is bulging a ceiling, a small hole lets it drain safely rather than collapsing the ceiling. Do not climb on the roof yourself, especially in wet or windy weather.

Is a temporary repair enough?
