What a roof repair costs
A single slipped slate refixed with a clip is a small job. A valley relined in lead, a ridge rebedded end to end, or a leak traced back through rotten felt is a bigger one. - Trace it on the roof. We follow the water back from the stain to the fault, checking felt, battens, flashings and the valleys around it.
